On this whirlwind tour, you’ll travel through the postcard-perfect English countryside, visiting several iconic destinations. Your first stop will be the ancient Warwick Castle, a medieval fortress built by William the Conqueror in 1068. Here, you can explore the towers and ramparts and wander through the Great Hall, State Rooms and idyllic gardens where peacocks roam freely.
Back on the road, you’ll drive through the pretty Cotswolds region to the historical market town of Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of Shakespeare. You’ll visit the home where the Elizabethan playwright was born and hear about his childhood years.
Your final destination will be the university city of Oxford. Your guide will take you on a walking tour through cobbled streets and you’ll visit the 13th-century University Church of St. Mary the Virgin.
