IFS Cloud Cable Car & Uber Boats Thames Experience

An exploration of the city from the sky and the water

This ticket will give you a chance to explore London from the sky and waters. Using your hop-on, hop-off Uber Boat service by Thames Clippers ticket, you'll go on a scenic cruise and be able to admire city views from the river.

Afterwards, your IFS Cloud Cable Car ride return ticket will allow you to take in panoramic views of the city's attractions, including the O2, the Olympic Park and the London skyline.

  Additional information

  Bicycles are accepted on the Emirates Air Line.

  IFS Cloud Cable Car ride has step-free access and is accessible to most wheelchairs, motorised wheelchairs and mobility scooters.

  Bicycles and e-bikes are accepted on the IFS Cloud Cable Car.

  E-scooters and e-unicycles are prohibited on the IFS Cloud Cable Car.

  Uber Boat by Thames Clippers tickets are valid from 10:00 on the date selected during booking between 18 piers, including but limited to London Eye, Embankment, Bankside, Tower, Greenwich or North Greenwich piers.

  Services run every 10–20 minutes. Boarding is based on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be asked to present your e-ticket on your mobile phone when you board.

  Please don't bring hazardous items, objects over two metres long and inflammable substances onboard.

  Please bring your ticket with you to the attraction.

  Be aware that operators may cancel for unforeseen reasons.

  You need to be 18 years or older to book or be accompanied by an adult.

  Please exchange your printed or e-ticket at any of the following ticket offices between 10:00 and 18:00: Westminster, Embankment, Bankside, London Bridge, Tower Bridge, Canary Wharf, Greenwich, and North Greenwich piers. Once you have exchanged your voucher, you can board the IFS Cloud Cable Car from either the North Greenwich or Royal Victoria sides of the river (the nearest underground station is North Greenwich).
